Q & A

Who is the first artist/band you remember listening to?

As a child my mom would take me to music festivals all the time. I also listened to a lot of Disney soundtracks. Once I got to middle school, I started listening to Avril Lavigne and whatever my brother was listening to.

What is your favorite hobby?

I have recently really gotten into quilting and gardening. I started my garden in pots on my windowsill and around the front entrance of my apartment.

Who is doing backup vocals and Who produced/created the beat for Medicine?

I create everything I release unless otherwise mentioned. I also did the back up vocals for this song.

Who are your primary musical influences?

I am influenced by an array of artists including: Sonic Youth, Frank ocean, Blind Lemon Jefferson, grunge, and Nikki Minaj.

What is your favorite Lilith Ai Song?

It changes all the time but at the moment I would say it is Cupidʻs Got a Shotgun.

What inspires you to constantly change your sound? After listening to your discography in a single sitting, I found myself in awe of you attempts at a myriad of genres.

I get bored and want to try my hand at anything I have the ability to. Being quarantined has tested my limits and ability the longer this goes on. I even set up an at home studio in my room to continue creating.

What was you process in creating Vinegar?

Vinegar came out to be a product of who I am at my very core. I poured every ounce of my heart and soul in that song at the time.

Who does your cover art?

I have done the cover art for all of my songs! Growing up dyslexic, I had such a hard time learning that it made me revert to creative outlets. I began doing art as a release and continue to use it as an aid with everything I do.
